Program Manager (Events and Activities)

The Program Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of all community-based events and activities. This role requires strong leadership, logistical coordination, and the ability to manage both people and resources effectively.

Coordinate all logistical aspects including location, staffing, materials, and scheduling
Supervise event teams, volunteers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with media and communications teams to maximize visibility and impact

Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator manages the full lifecycle of volunteer engagement, from recruitment through retention. This role ensures that volunteers are properly trained, scheduled, and supported.

YOUTH EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES (AGES 16–24)

The L.O.V Project Youth Employment Program is designed to provide structured, real-world work experience while developing critical life skills that support long-term independence, leadership, and career readiness.

Each role is intentionally aligned with specific skill-building pathways to ensure that participants not only earn income, but also gain valuable experience that translates into future employment, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.

Youth Media Intern
